Olaf

The Official Tomsen Tour bus

It‘s a pimped up Volvo bus in classic Norwegian Russebuss style.

A “Russbuss“ is a bus that Norwegian highschoolers often spend up to 3 years to convert into a crazy partybus on wheels.. The last year of high school you are a “russ” and therefore the name Russebuss. A bus for Russ. It is a very special thing for Norway with a lot of customs related to the Russ.

Our Tomsen Russbuss has a massive stereo, bar, smoke machine, wine fridge, beer tap and a bunch of other fun custom elements.

And to make it even more wicked we added a 4m x 1,5m DJ platform on the roof that can also accommodate a few dancers to support the DJ. Olaf even has 10kw inverters that provide power to drive the huge stereo.

His engine is chip-tuned and the entire interior is pretty much custom made. Approximately 2.500 working hours went into the customization.

The Norwegian term “rulling” is roughly translated to „rolling“, and is the term used for when Russbusses drive around in Oslo and make a lot of noise with the stereo set to max level. You will literally hear Olaf minutes before you see him rulling around to various European ski areas.

Olaf takes Tomsen events to the next level.
